This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit our website, create an account, request a ride, receive communications, or interact with our services.
SMS privacy commitment: Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and SMS consent data are used to provide requested transportation communications, booking updates, invoices, account security, and two-factor authentication. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

Website Analytics and Passenger Service Improvement Notice
With analytics consent, we collect first-party website events such as page views, service selections, vehicle selections, booking-form progress, CTA clicks, scroll depth, page title/path, referrer host, browser/device signals, approximate technical settings, and hashed IP/browser identifiers. Analytics events are used only to improve routing, booking usability, fleet planning, service offerings, site performance, fraud prevention, and customer support. Analytics does not intentionally store pickup/dropoff text entered into form fields. Booking records separately store trip and passenger details because that information is necessary to quote, schedule, invoice, dispatch, secure, and support transportation service.
Raw analytics and booking data are restricted to authorized Quantum Elite administrative access and service providers that operate the site or transportation service. We do not sell this information or share it for third-party advertising.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact and identity information: name, email address, phone number, account credentials, and customer communication preferences.
- Transportation and booking information: pickup and dropoff locations, dates, times, service type, preferred vehicle, passenger notes, flight or itinerary details you choose to provide, route distance, duration, quoted fare, payment status, and invoice references.
- Payment and invoice information: payment links, transaction and invoice identifiers, Square customer references, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our server.
- Consent and communication records: SMS opt-in or opt-out election, promotional subscription election, discount codes and promotional subscriptions, consent text shown, timestamp, source form, phone number, email, IP address, user agent, device/browser hints, page URL, and referrer.
- Website and device information: IP address, browser type, operating system or platform, language, device screen/viewport information, cookies, page paths, and first-party analytics events when enabled.
3. Sources of Information
We collect information directly from you when you submit forms, create an account, book transportation, opt in to SMS, contact dispatch, or communicate with us. We also receive limited technical information automatically from your browser and from service providers used to operate the website, route calculation, invoicing, email delivery, SMS delivery, fraud prevention, security, hosting, and analytics.
4. Why We Use Information
- To provide quotes, route calculations, transportation reservations, dispatch support, customer service, invoices, and payment links.
- To send transactional communications about bookings, account access, security codes, service updates, invoices, and customer support.
- To maintain proof of consent for SMS communications and honor opt-out requests.
- To prevent fraud, debug errors, secure the website, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records.
- To improve website performance, forms, route quoting, and customer experience.
5. SMS, Email, and Communications
If you opt in to SMS, Quantum Elite Transportations LLC may send text messages about account security, two-factor verification, ride bookings, trip updates, invoices, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
For email, we may send transactional or relationship messages about bookings, invoices, account access, and service communications. Commercial email, if used, will include required sender and opt-out information as applicable under CAN-SPAM.
6. Disclosure of Information
We may disclose information to service providers that help operate the business, including hosting providers, Google APIs for maps/routes/address tools, Square for invoices and payment processing, Gmail/SMTP email services, Twilio for SMS and two-factor authentication when enabled, analytics and security tools, professional advisors, and government or legal authorities when required. These disclosures are for operational, security, compliance, and service purposes. We do not sell personal information or share SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing.
7. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, limit certain sensitive personal information uses, opt out of sale or sharing, and be free from discrimination for exercising privacy rights, subject to legal exceptions. Quantum Elite Transportations LLC does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used under the CCPA/CPRA.

8. California Shine the Light
California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits California customers to request certain information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
