Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Quantum Elite Transportations LLC website, customer account tools, booking forms, quotes, invoices, and transportation-related communications. By using the website or requesting services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Quantum Elite Transportations LLC provides premium SUV transportation, including airport transfers, executive travel, hourly service, event transportation, and long-distance ride requests in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Online bookings are requests until accepted or confirmed by dispatch.
2. Quotes, Routes, and Fares
Route estimates, mileage, travel time, and fare calculations may use Google APIs and other service tools. Quotes may change based on traffic, route updates, waiting time, additional stops, service changes, vehicle availability, tolls, parking, airport fees, cleaning, damage, or customer-requested changes. Trips over the long-distance threshold may be billed as long-distance rides even if another non-hourly service type is selected.
3. Payments and Invoices
Invoices and payment links may be generated through Square. Payment may be required to reserve or confirm service. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our server. Chargebacks, disputed payments, refunds, and adjustments may be reviewed against booking records, route details, driver records, invoice records, and communications.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, pickup, dropoff, date, time, passenger, flight, and trip information.
- Be reachable by phone, SMS, or email for dispatch coordination.
- Comply with vehicle safety rules and applicable law.
- Pay for confirmed services, wait time, added stops, damage, excessive cleaning, or other agreed charges.
5. Cancellations, Delays, and Availability
Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. Cancellation, no-show, delay, waiting-time, and refund decisions may depend on trip type, timing, vehicle assignment, driver dispatch, third-party costs, and circumstances outside our control. Dispatch may refuse or cancel service for safety, fraud, nonpayment, abusive conduct, unlawful conduct, or impossible routing.
6. SMS Messaging Terms
Program name: Quantum Elite Transportations LLC customer communications.
Message types: account verification, two-factor authentication, booking confirmations, trip updates, dispatch coordination, invoice/payment reminders, and customer support.
Opt-in: You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our booking or account forms, or by texting an approved opt-in keyword such as START, YES, or JOIN to +1 323 948 6203.
Opt-out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out. We may send one final confirmation text after opt-out.

Rates and frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by account activity, booking activity, and customer requests.
Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. SMS opt-in data and consent records are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
7. Email Communications
We may send transactional or relationship emails regarding bookings, invoices, account access, and customer service. If marketing emails are sent, they will include required identification and opt-out information as applicable under the CAN-SPAM Act.
8. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. We may use email or SMS two-factor authentication. We may suspend or restrict accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, nonpayment, or legal compliance reasons.
9. Privacy
Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Elite Transportations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for delays and failures caused by traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle issues, third-party platforms, payment processors, communications providers, network failures, public safety events, or other events outside our reasonable control.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the website or services after updates means the revised terms apply going forward.
